PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The nylon-wheel stringing pulley block is a stringing sheave used during overhead line construction to guide and support conductors as they are pulled through cross-arms and towers. The sheave is molded from high-grade MC nylon, which is light, self-lubricating and kind to aluminum and ACSR conductors, preventing strand scoring during pulling. The range includes seat-mounted, seat/hook dual-use, hook-mounted and sky-facing (upward-opening) frames to suit different cross-arm and tower attachment points. The pulleys turn freely on a steel pin and bushing to keep pulling tension low and protect the conductor.
