PRODUCT SHORT DESCRIPTION
Rain-proof copper cable lug terminals (16-120mm²) with tin-plated copper barrel for reliable crimping of grounding and power cables. Low resistance, corrosion-resistant, standard and long barrels available.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The copper cable lug terminal, commonly called a copper nose or cable lug, terminates stranded copper conductors to busbars, breakers, transformers and grounding systems. Each lug is stamped from seamless pure-copper tubing and tin-plated to resist oxidation, with a flared barrel mouth for easy cable entry and a palm hole sized for standard bolts. The range covers 16 to 120 mm² conductors in rain-proof and standard patterns. The result is a gas-tight, low-resistance crimp that handles continuous current without hot spots, even in humid outdoor environments.
Key Features
• Pure Copper Construction — High-purity copper delivers maximum conductivity and consistent crimping performance.
• Tin-Plated Finish — Electro-tinned surface resists corrosion and oxidation for long service life outdoors.
• Flared Barrel Mouth — Bell-mouth entry guides the conductor in, reducing strand splay and wasted copper.
• Rain-Proof Pattern — Extended sealed barrel protects the crimp from moisture in exposed installations.
• Wide Size Range — Covers 16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95 and 120 mm² conductors.
• Precision Palm Hole — Accurately stamped bolt hole fits standard busbar and terminal studs.
• Crimp or Solder — Compatible with hexagonal, indent and die crimping tools as well as soldering.
• Standards-Based — Dimensions follow IEC 61238 / DIN 46235 style copper compression terminals.
