Earth Rod As a vertical grounding electrode for power systems and lightning protection projects, the earth rod provides a stable low-resistance grounding path, widely used in substations, transmission lines, distribution stations and industrial equipment grounding. The core is made of high-quality low-carbon steel, uniformly coated with high-purity electrolytic copper (copper layer thickness ≥0.25mm) via continuous electroplating, with molecular-level copper–steel bonding that resists peeling or cracking when bent. Equipped with a high-strength alloy steel driving head and tip for complex geological conditions. The dense coating delivers C5-grade corrosion resistance and a service life of over 30 years underground.
Earthing Cable A temporary safety earthing device for power maintenance that quickly discharges residual charge on de-energized equipment or lines to prevent injury from unexpected voltage. The conductor is made of multi-strand high-purity annealed soft copper (single wire ≤0.4mm) for excellent flexibility without strand breakage, covered by a weather-resistant insulating sheath. Clamps are high-pressure die-cast aluminum alloy with tight bite and low contact resistance, matched with epoxy resin insulating operating rods.
