PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The JB series parallel groove clamp is a widely used bolted connector for joining two parallel conductors or tapping a branch line from a main line on overhead distribution networks. The clamp uses two grooved aluminum plates drawn together by bolts, creating a large, even contact surface that keeps contact resistance low and stable. The series runs from JB-0 through JB-6 to cover small service drops up to large primary conductors, and bimetal versions are available for copper-to-aluminum joints. No hydraulic tools are needed, making it fast and economical for field installation.
