PRODUCT SHORT DESCRIPTION
FR4 water-green epoxy glass-fiber board, heat-insulating and wear-resistant for PCB and electrical insulation. High strength, low moisture, excellent machining, NEMA FR-4 grade.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FR4 water-green epoxy glass board is a flame-retardant, glass-fiber-reinforced epoxy laminate best known as the substrate for printed circuit boards and as a high-performance electrical insulation material. The characteristic water-green (aqua) sheet offers excellent dielectric properties, high mechanical strength, low moisture absorption and good resistance to heat and wear. It machines precisely into backing plates, test jigs, switchgear parts, PCB substrates and insulating components, and is one of the most widely used engineering laminates in electronics.
Key Features
• Flame-Retardant FR-4 — Self-extinguishing epoxy system meets FR-4 flame-class requirements.
• Excellent Dielectric — Stable insulation and low dielectric loss across electronic frequencies.
• High Mechanical Strength — Strong, stiff and tough for jigs, plates and structural insulation.
• Heat & Wear Resistant — Withstands soldering temperatures and repeated mechanical contact.
• Low Moisture Absorption — Maintains insulation and dimensions in humid conditions.
• Precision Machining — Routes, drills and punches cleanly into fine PCB and jig features.
• Water-Green Grade — The standard aqua color identifies classic FR-4 epoxy glass.
• PCB Standard — Manufactured to NEMA FR-4 / GB/T 1303 electrical laminate requirements.
