Shipping Policy

Fortune Electric (Hebei Fuying International Trade Co., Ltd.) ships electrical products to over 30 countries worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping methods, lead times, and related terms for all B2B orders.

1. Order Processing Time

• In-stock items: 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
• OEM/ODM custom orders: 15–35 business days depending on product type and order quantity.
• Large-volume orders (full container): 25–45 business days.
• Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays in China.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, volume, destination and shipping method.
• We offer competitive freight rates through our long-term logistics partners.
• FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP and EXW terms are all available — please specify your preferred term when requesting a quote.
• Sample orders: shipping cost is borne by the buyer; it may be deducted from future bulk orders.

4. Packaging

• Standard export packaging: wooden crates / cartons / pallets with protective foam.
• Custom packaging with your logo or labeling is available for OEM orders.
• All packages are clearly marked with product name, quantity, net/gross weight and handling instructions.

5. Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number and shipping documents (B/L, AWB, commercial invoice, packing list).
• Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and any import duties/taxes in their country unless DDP terms are agreed.
• Please inspect goods upon arrival. Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.
