PRODUCT SHORT DESCRIPTION

Pure-copper flexible grounding cable, 16/25mm², with pre-crimped copper lugs for HV and spot-welder earth use. Highly flexible, low-resistance, tinned and oxidation-resistant.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The pure-copper flexible grounding wire is a soft, multi-strand copper cable pre-terminated with copper lugs for use as a bonding jumper, equipment grounding lead or temporary earth connection. The fine-strand construction makes the cable highly flexible and easy to route, while the high-purity copper delivers the low resistance needed to carry fault and leakage current safely. Cables are supplied in 16 mm² and 25 mm² cross-sections with crimped copper lugs (cable noses) ready for bolt connection, and are available with tinned strands and a luminous option for improved visibility in low-light distribution rooms.

Key Features

• High-Purity Copper — Soft annealed copper strands provide maximum conductivity and flexibility.

• Pre-Crimped Lugs — Copper cable noses are factory crimped for a gas-tight, ready-to-bolt connection.

• Highly Flexible — Fine-strand construction bends easily around panels and equipment.

• Two Cross-Sections — 16 mm² and 25 mm² cover equipment bonding through HV grounding duty.

• Low Resistance — Safely carries fault and leakage current to earth, reducing touch voltage.

• Tinned / Luminous Options — Tinned strands resist oxidation; luminous jacket aids visibility in dark rooms.

• Versatile Use — Suitable for panel grounding, spot welders, generators and temporary earths.

• Durable Insulation — Color-coded PVC or transparent sheath identifies the grounding conductor.
