PRODUCT SHORT DESCRIPTION

Nylon-wheel stringing pulley block for overhead conductor stringing, available in seat, dual-use seat-hook, hook and sky-facing styles. Lightweight, non-marking, smooth running.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The nylon-wheel stringing pulley block is a stringing sheave used during overhead line construction to guide and support conductors as they are pulled through cross-arms and towers. The sheave is molded from high-grade MC nylon, which is light, self-lubricating and kind to aluminum and ACSR conductors, preventing strand scoring during pulling. The range includes seat-mounted, seat/hook dual-use, hook-mounted and sky-facing (upward-opening) frames to suit different cross-arm and tower attachment points. The pulleys turn freely on a steel pin and bushing to keep pulling tension low and protect the conductor.

Key Features

• Conductor-Friendly Nylon — MC nylon sheave protects aluminum and ACSR strands from scoring and abrasion.

• Self-Lubricating — Low-friction nylon wheel runs smoothly without greasing and reduces pulling tension.

• Multiple Mount Styles — Seat, seat/hook dual-use, hook and sky-facing frames fit various cross-arms.

• Lightweight — Nylon wheel and steel frame are easy to carry and install at height.

• Strong Steel Frame — Welded or stamped steel frame with safety catch resists distortion under load.

• Weather Resistant — Nylon sheave will not rust; plated frame withstands outdoor exposure.

• Smooth Rope Guidance — Deep grooved wheel keeps the conductor seated during pull-back and sagging.

• Rated Capacity — Models cover single-conductor stringing loads for LV/MV line work.
