PRODUCT SHORT DESCRIPTION

Heavy-duty earthing ground strap for trucks, cranes and construction vehicles, with lightning-discharge lead and strong earth clamp. Protects personnel and equipment during vehicle-mounted work.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The vehicle earthing ground strap set is designed to ground mobile construction equipment such as truck cranes, aerial platforms, drill rigs, tankers and special-purpose vehicles that operate near power lines or in hazardous areas. The set consists of a highly flexible tinned-copper braided strap, a heavy-duty chassis clamp and a driven earth rod, providing a low-resistance path for static, induced and fault currents as well as lightning-induced surges. Proper grounding protects both the vehicle and ground personnel from dangerous touch voltages during lifting, welding, fuel transfer and contact-network work.

Key Features

• Vehicle-Specific Protection — Grounds truck cranes, aerial lifts, rigs and tankers against static and fault current.

• Surge-Safe Path — Rated to carry lightning-induced and fault surges safely to earth.

• Flexible Copper Braid — Tinned-copper braided strap flexes with vehicle movement without cracking.

• Heavy-Duty Chassis Clamp — Strong spring or screw clamp attaches firmly to vehicle frames and bumper steel.

• Driven Earth Rod — Galvanized rod and earth clamp establish a low-resistance ground connection.

• Quick Deployment — Can be connected and removed quickly each time the vehicle is set up on site.

• Corrosion Resistant — Tinned copper and plated steel components withstand outdoor and site conditions.

• Safety Compliant — Supports safe-work grounding requirements for mobile plant near energized systems.
