PRODUCT DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n
The JY hydraulic conductor splice sleeve is a compression connector used to join two lengths of ACSR (steel-reinforced aluminum conductor) on overhead transmission and distribution lines. Each sleeve consists of a pure-aluminum outer tube and, where required, an internal steel sleeve that grips the steel core, providing both mechanical strength and full electrical conductivity. The joint is completed with a hydraulic press and matched hexagonal dies, producing a compact, gas-tight splice that restores the conductor’s original current-carrying capacity and tensile strength. The JY range covers 240\/40, 50\/8, 95\/15 and 120\/20 and similar ACSR sizes.<\/p>\n
