PRODUCT SHORT DESCRIPTION

JDL 50-240mm² earthing ring clamp kit with four-color voltage-test rings for HV/LV grounding and phase verification. Bolted, clearly color-coded, reusable line fitting.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The JDL earthing ring clamp, also called a grounding test ring, is a small line fitting installed on overhead conductors to provide a dedicated attachment point for portable grounding sets and voltage-detector testing. The clamp wraps around the conductor and presents a closed ring or eye into which the grounding rod hook or voltage tester can be quickly engaged. The JDL range covers 50-240 mm² conductors and is supplied in four color-coded versions (typically red, yellow, green and blue) to identify phase and voltage level at a glance, helping crews work safely and efficiently on both high- and low-voltage lines.

Key Features

• Dedicated Grounding Point — Gives portable earth sets a secure, standardized ring to hook onto, eliminating improvised connections.

• Voltage-Test Ready — Closed ring accepts voltage-detector hooks for safe phase verification before grounding.

• Four-Color Coding — Color-coded rings identify phase and HV/LV status quickly from the ground or bucket.

• Wide Size Range — Fits 50-240 mm² ACSR and aluminum conductors.

• Strong Bolted Body — Rigid aluminum-alloy or ductile-iron body with bolts clamps firmly without conductor damage.

• Reusable Line Fitting — Stays installed on the line and can be used repeatedly for grounding and testing.

• Corrosion Resistant — Plated or galvanized hardware withstands long-term outdoor exposure.

• Standards-Based — Manufactured to power-fitting requirements for grounding and test accessories.
