PRODUCT SHORT DESCRIPTION

Heavy-duty self-retracting fall arrester (retractable lifeline) for tower cranes, goods lifts and construction, in 10/20/30m lengths. Instant locking, shock absorption, EN 360 rated.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The heavy-duty self-retracting fall arrester (SRL), also called a retractable lifeline or self-locking descender, automatically arrests a fall within a very short distance. A steel or synthetic lifeline pays out and retracts freely as the worker moves, keeping the slack to a minimum; in the event of a slip, a centrifugal braking mechanism locks the drum instantly and an energy absorber limits the impact force. With 10-, 20- and 30-metre lengths available, it is widely used on tower cranes, goods lifts, construction hoists, steel structures and industrial maintenance where vertical mobility and reliable fall protection are required.

Key Features

• Instant Fall Locking — Centrifugal brake engages within milliseconds, arresting the fall at a very short distance.

• Minimal Slack — The lifeline retracts automatically as the worker moves, reducing fall distance.

• Energy Absorption — Integrated shock absorber keeps the arrest force below the safe body limit.

• Long Reach Options — 10 m, 20 m and 30 m versions cover crane, lift and structure heights.

• Heavy-Duty Build — Rugged housing, corrosion-resistant parts and load-rated cable or webbing for site use.

• Smooth Retraction — Guided swivel and tensioned drum prevent the line from tangling or jamming.

• Swivel Top Eye — Swivel connection reduces line twist and follows the worker’s movement.

• Certified — Rated to EN 360 / GB 24544 self-retracting fall-arrester requirements.
